REPAIR POLICY

If your permanent jewelry breaks or falls off within the first six months, I will repair it for free.

After six months, repairs are available for $10.

If you need to remove your piece for a medical procedure or scan, I will replace it at no cost.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded, so I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, I am happy to repair or replace your piece if it breaks or needs adjustment, according to my repair policy.
